Before and after pictures of this patient show the dramatic improvement resulting from his gynecomastia surgery with Los Angeles gynecomastia specialist Dr. Joseph Cruise. The patient wanted to correct his significant puffy nipples and to have a flat chest with the least visible incisions possible.

He was classified as a Type 2 because his areolas were positioned properly on his chest. From the before front view, you will notice his chest doesn't look too bad, but from the side view, you can see the protruding cone shape. Dr. Cruise was able to use a small incision in the bottom margin of each areola to remove the breast tissue, get rid of the puffy nipples, and slightly reduce the areola size.
