This is a 20 yr old male patient who was devasted over the gynecomastia he developed during his teen years. When he realized it was going away on its own, he sought out gynecomastia expert, Dr. Joseph Cruise is California.

He wanted to reduce the volume in his chest and also wanted minimal scars. Dr. Cruise classified him as a classic Type 2 gynecomastia which primarily consisted of breast tissue with some fatty tissue as well. Through small incisions placed within each areola, he was able to perform the procedure and get rid of his gyne for good. The patient is thrilled with his masculine chest.
