This is a 23-year-old patient had Gynecomastia surgery to give him a more masculine chest. Plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Cruise, classified him as a Type 2 with some breast sag. He treated his gynecomastia with an inferior crescent incision along the margin of the bottom of each areola followed by removing excess breast tissue and using liposuction to remove fatty tissue and promote skin tightening. The patient has the masculine chest he always wanted and is now in better shape overall, which can be seen in his after photos. (3 months post-surgery).
