Here are before and after pictures of a 34-year-old male who was classified as a Type 4.5 and underwent Gynecomastia surgery with a Free Nipple Graft which included both glandular and fatty tissue removal. The Free Nipple Graft technique tightens the chest and re-positions the areola in the proper location on the chest. The patient's main goal was to be able to take his shirt off in public without feeling embarrassed. After six years of considering this procedure, he finally decided it was time to make a life-changing decision for the better. He is 7 months Post-Op and extremely pleased with his results. While the incisions will improve over time, some patients opt to have medical tattooing to further mask them.
