This 33 year-old male underwent Gynecomastia surgery with Gynecomastia Specialist, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach. This patient began to feel frustrated with the amount of effort he was putting into working out, yet seeing little to no change in his chest. Eventually he lost motivation to live a healthy life-style due to how self-conscious he felt about his body.
