ACCOMODATIONS

When you travel for surgery, it is our goal to make sure your stay in Newport Beach/Los Angeles is the most enjoyable it can be.

OVERNIGHT POST-SURGERY RECOVERY RETREATS

For larger cases performed under general anesthesia, such as upper body lift or multiple procedures performed at the same time, we may require an overnight stay at a specialized facility. The two facilities listed below cater to post-operative cosmetic patients. You may click on each of them to research more. Your patient care coordinator will guide you through the process, so please don’t book anything until you speak to her.

HOTELS

There are many hotels near our office in Newport Beach as well as surrounding cities within 15 minutes: Costa Mesa, Irivine, Laguna Beach and Santa Ana. If you choose to stay in Los Angeles or another area, please discuss this with us in advance. One of our patient care coordinators will gladly help you coordinate your stay.

You can search for hotel options via popular hotel booking sites such as Expedia, Hotels.com, and Priceline, just to name a few.

Discuss your options with your patient coordinator. We are here to help this be as smooth as possible! Keep in mind, procedures done under general anesthesia require you to refrain from driving for at least 48 hours after surgery.

TRANSPORTATION

Popular Newport Beach/Los Angeles transportation options include Uber and Lyft. Both are widely used by our patients needing transportation to/from the airport, our office, and the hot

PACKING SUGGESTIONS:

In addition to your general luggage items, please consider the following items:

  • Slippers
  • Loose comfortable clothing such as a sweat suit
  • Large button down comfortable shirt
  • Sweater
  • Tank tops
  • Something to read
  • Music

Your hotel can provide other personal items such as a toothbrush, razor, mouthwash, body wash, lotion, etc. However, you may want to bring additional items of preference.

Please remember, though it is often warm during the day, with most days around 70 degrees Fahrenheit it can be cold at night especially during the winter season. Click to check weather in Orange County.
