Type 2.5 Asymmetric Teenage Gynecomastia

This is a 17 yr old male patient underwent Gynecomastia correction that included liposuction for fatty tissue removal and skin tightening, as well as gland removal An inferior crescent incision was made in the margin of each areola. Note he has asymmetric gynecomastia with the right side being more severe. Asymmetries can be improved but perfect symmetry is rarely achievable.
