Lower Face Lift with Neck Midline Plication - 45 yr old

Here are before and after photos of a 45 yr. old female who underwent a Face Lift, with Neck Midline Plication. After years of contemplating this procedure, this patient continued to notice her symptoms increasing, and decided to move forward with surgery.
