Moderate Gynecomastia -Areola Incision

Here are the before and after pictures of a 27 yr. old male patient who underwent Gynecomastia surgery. He had his surgery with a board-certified plastic surgeon and gyno specialist, Dr. Joseph Cruise.

Dr. Cruise classified him as standard Type 2 gynecomastia because the excess breast tissue surrounded much of the lower pec. Through a small incision at the margin of each areola, Dr. Cruise was able to remove the breast tissue and perform liposuction to remove fatty tissue and promote skin tightening.

The patient is much happier and more confident following surgery.
