Type 4.5 Gynecomastia Free Nipple Graft

This 38-yr-old patient has significant gynecomastia which Dr. Cruise classified as a Type 4.5 due to the fullness in the breast roll area. He performed his surgery at an outpatient surgery center under general anesthesia. Using a free nipple graft technique he was able to remove the glandular tissue, fatty tissue, and tighten his chest for an optimal result.
