Type 2 Gynecomastia Glandular and Fatty Tissue Removal

Here are the before and after pictures of a male patient who underwent gynecomastia surgery with plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach, Orange County. His goals were to reduce his areola size and have a flat chest. Dr. Cruise used an inferior crescent incision along the bottom margin of his areolas to remove glandular tissue as well as fatty tissue. This technique also allowed for a reduction in the size of his areolas. Following surgery, he is very happy with the appearance of his chest and feels much more confident.
