Type 2 Gynecomastia Donut Lift

This male patient is in his late thirites. While his gynecomastia is not severe, he was starting to develop skin laxity which can be seen in the side view. As a result. Dr. Cruise treated him with a donut lift (incision around the areaolas) to offer some tightening of the skin along with removing breast tissue. He now has a tight chest that he feels good about.
