Gynecomastia -Free Nipple Graft

This 14-year-old patient underwent Free Nipple Graft surgery to correct his Tubular Gynecomastia. Patient developed Gynecomastia at a young age during puberty. Due to the amount of volume removed and the excess skin that developed around the Gynecomastia, Free Nipple Graft surgery was recommended to give patient a nice flat chest without a deflated appearance. He was seen for a scar check at his one year post op and was very pleased with the outcome of his surgery.
