Breast Lift - Anchor w/ Saline Implants on Young Woman

This patient desired very high placed and perky breasts of relatively large size, dramatic look. To obtain this Dr. Cruise (Newport Beach) performed her surgery in two stages. First stage involved significant breast reduction and lift. Three months after saline implants, which provide rounder look and more projection than silicone, were placed. Dr. Cruise used 465-505 Natrelle saline implants and filled them up to 490cc.
