Standard Tummy Tuck, Breast Lift- Anchor with Saline

Patient had a two stage breast procedure and tummy tuck. Due to significant breast reduction and patient's desire for relatively large high placed perky breasts Dr. Cruise (Newport Beach) performed first lift with reduction and augmentation as a second stage 3 months after initial surgery. Standard tummy tuck with tiny T incision was performed together with liposuction or the abdomen and flanks. It was imperative for the patient to have a very low incision from the tummy tuck hence the T incision
