Type 4 Gynecomastia with Anchor Lift

This patient 40-year-old patient underwent Gynecomastia surgery with male breast reduction surgery, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Orange County, California.

As this patient got older, he felt his chest started to look worse because of the sagging skin. He felt his chest looked droopy. His goals were to have a flat masculine appearing chest. This was achieved by using an anchor lift similar to the technique used with a female breast lift. This allowed for excess skin to be removed and his chest skin to be tightened and lifted. Breast tissue was also removed to reduce fullness.
