Type 2.5 Gynecomastia with Mild Breast Roll

This patient had gynecomastia surgery with plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach, Orange County. He wanted to reduce breast volume and correct puffy nipples. He was classified as a Type 2.5 by Dr. Cruise. His surgery plan included excision of the breast tissue, liposuction to remove fatty tissue in his chest and outer breast roll as well as tightening the skin. He is very happy with his new flat chest and overall results.
