Type 3 Body Builder Gynecomastia with Puffy Nipples

This is a 26 yr. old male bodybuilder who sought out gynecomastia surgeon Dr. Jopseh Cruise in Newport Beach, California. He was unhappy with the rounding at the lower portion of his chest and wanted to get rid of his puffy nipples. Dr. Cruise classified him as a Type 3 and performed surgery using a small happy face incision along the lower margin of his areolas. He removed the glandular tissue, especially growing within his areolas which was causing puffy nipples. The patient is just 4 months post-surgery and is still healing. He is much happier with the definition along the lower chest area and that he no longer sees or feels the puffy nipples.
