Type 1 Teenage Gynecomastia with Puffy Nipples

This is a 14-year-old male patient who underwent gynecomastia surgery with male breast reduction surgeon Dr. Joseph Cruise. He was classified as a Type 1 with Puffy Nipple. Surgery was performed by making a small incision in the margin of the lower portion of the areola. The breast tissue was removed through this incision. His after photos were taken at 5 months post-surgery.
