Patient Details
This male patient presented with moderate chest asymmetry and was diagnosed with Type 2 Gynecomastia, characterized by the presence of excess glandular tissue. His primary goal was to achieve a flatter, more balanced chest contour. To address both the glandular tissue and asymmetry, he underwent Gynecomastia surgery combined with liposuction for enhanced chest definition.
Although his Gynecomastia was classified as a minor type, the procedure was performed under general anesthesia to ensure optimal comfort and safety during both the gland excision and liposuction. The result is a more symmetrical, natural-looking chest contour with improved confidence for the patient.
