This 41-yr-old patient suffered from Gynecomastia since a teenager. He had a combination of volume, excess skin, and low nipple position. Free Nipple Graft surgery was performed to address the three components that made up his gynecomastia resulting in a tight, youthful, chest he will have the rest of his life.
