A 20-year-old male patient presented with type 1.54 gynecomastia localized around the nipples, a condition that manifested during puberty. Seeking a corrective intervention, the patient underwent bilateral glandular tissue removal under local anesthesia. Following a short recovery period, the patient experienced a successful outcome, enabling the him to feel comfortable wearing thin shirts and even being shirtless.
