Type 1 Gynecomastia Areola Incision

This very fit 23-year-old male patient underwent gynecomastia surgery and correction of puffy nipples with expert gynecomastia surgeon, Dr. Jopseh Cruise. Surgery was performed in-office under local anesthesia in less than an hour and a half. Dr. Cruise removed the breast tissue through a well-hidden "happy face" incision placed in the bottom margin of each areola. There was no fatty tissue present so liposuction was not needed.
