Significant Gynecomastia - Free Nipple Graft

This patient was treated by gynecomastia expert Dr. Joseph Cruise. He was classified as a Type 5 gynecomastia based on Dr. Cruiise's system for diagnosing his male breast reduction patients. To obtain the result seen here, Dr. Cruise performed an extended chest lift with a free nipple graft and liposuction of the breast roll. The free nipple graft is a procedure that repositions the areolas so they sit on top of the pec, not below.

Notice the second set of photos at 3 months post-op has a tattoo covering on the left side making the incision almost imperceptible. There is a significant change in color of the incision between 3 months and 6 months. The incision continues to mature over time.
