Body Builder Gynecomastia Type 1

This patient of ours was a great candidate for gynecomastia removal. He noticed that no matter how hard he trained his chest there was no way for him to get the definition that he wanted in his lower chest. By removing the glandular and extra fatty tissue surrounding the area, we were able to give him the look he wanted to achieve.
