Gynecomastia, Type 2 with moderate asymmetry

This patient had a unique case in that his Gynecomastia had very little glandular tissue and was primarily caused by asymmetric skin laxity. Dr. Cruise treated him as a type 2 Gynecomastia surgery with a focus on his left chest using liposuction to assist skin contraction as well as internal sutures to recreate a more masculine chest fold.
