Gynecomastia Type 3 (inferior + Superior Incisions)

This patient kept himself in great physical shape but despite his best efforts, was dissatisfied with his chest. Dr. Cruise diagnosed him with type 3 gynecomastia and performed his surgery under local anesthesia. Inferior and Superior incisions were recommended to retighten areola after tissue removal.
