Type 2 Unilateral Bodybuilder Gynecomastia

This patient underwent unilateral (right side only) Gynecomastia surgery with specialist Dr. Joseph Cruise, in Newport Beach. With fitness being his main priority, he felt frustrated and self-conscious about the appearance of his chest. His goal was to have a more defined, symmetrical appearance. Dr. Cruise classified his gynecomastia as Type 2. The surgery plan included an inferior crescent incision with gland removal and correction of this puffy nipple. The patient is 7 weeks Post-Op and is very pleased with his chest contour. After photos were taken just 7 weeks after surgery.
