Here are the before and after pictures of a male patient who had Gynecomastia surgery with board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach, California. The patient struggled his whole life with feeling confident and comfortable in his own skin. He felt like his gynecomastia limited him in every aspect of his life. His goal was to achieve a flatter chest, so he didn't have to hide behind his clothing and could freely take off his shirt in public places.
