Notice in the before picture how the patient's wide nose dominates her face compared to the after picture. Through rhinoplasty, the bulbous tip was made smaller with more definition. Her surgery was with board certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Joseph Cruise in Newport Beach, Orange County.
