Here are the before and after pictures of a female patient who underwent rhinoplasty surgery. On the before picture you can see the large, wide nose overwhelms other attractive facial features. After surgery her nose ooks more balanced without changing her natural ethnic appearance. Surgery was performed under general anesthesia in an outpatient surgical facility in Newport Beach, CA.
