Here are before and afters of a 23-yr-old patient who underwent Breast Lift surgery with Saline Augmentation. After having two kids, her main goal was to get her breast back to its original state. She wanted perkier breast, with more upperfullness and rounding on top. To give her the full look she desired, High Profile 400-450cc(filled up to 435cc) Saline implants were placed under the muscle with an anchor lift to create a perkier look.
