The initial computerized portion of the consult process used by DrCruise was so helpful in determining the appearance and size I wanted (natural, full but conservative). I was able to look at dozens of photos to determine the size range my husband and I might like. DrCruise used this as a starting point, and then combined photos of my own chest and an exam to make his recommendation. He noted a few things that the other surgeons didn't - that my chest length was a bit short, that larger/wider might make me look heavier since I don't have much height (5'4"), the diff in appearance and cleavage of a moderate vs high profile implant, etc. When we finally settled on a size (350cc), it was only 20cc different from his initial, expert recommendation! I now feel the sizing and shape are perfect!

The team has been wonderful throughout the entire process. DrCruise is quite personable, very willing to listen to my desires/concerns yet confident enough in his experience to offer a strong recommendation. The office staff are always friendly and respectful, and their gowns provide for a bit more discretion than I was given at other offices. The surgical center was beautiful, spotless, and my nurses were terrific (I have been an ICU RN for years so my standards are pretty high).

I have also appreciated the in depth follow up provided by Cruise. At approx four months postop I've been seen four times, and I'm scheduled to be seen yet again to ensure no complications (none thus far). Each time they've taken photos for reference in case a problem arises. I have also used the nurse call line for a question, which was handled quickly.

It is clear that the team at Cruise takes pride in their work and truly desires a wonderful outcome for the patient. I've already recommended them to a few friends!

I have not yet had my surgery, so I will update this review after my surgery. However, I wanted to write a review to share my experience with Joseph T Cruise, MD so far.

Joseph T Cruise, MD and his staff are very serious about providing the best customer service. I had previously consulted with another doctor and I was simply amazed at what a difference customer service makes.

From the moment I walked into the office, the stunningly beautiful ladies there made me feel welcomed and did everything to make me feel comfortable--the office really seems more like a high-end spa than a doctor's office.

Joseph T Cruise, MD was very nice, attentive, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do, marked me up with a marker (just like they do on TV) and really put my worries at ease. I then met with Tavania who is also wonderful and she went over the cost and logistics of the surgery.

I was initially worried that Joseph T Cruise, MD would be way too expensive for me, but he actually wasn't. Yes, I will be paying a bit more with Joseph T Cruise, MD compared to the other doctor I visited, but I really felt comfortable with Joseph T Cruise, MD. I also did my research and he is one of the best surgeons in the country when it comes to gynecomastia surgery, so it was really an easy decision to make.

Joseph T Cruise, MD is beyond talented and exceeded all my expectations!

MY Procedures: Breast Lift/ reduction with augmentation and Liposuction love handles.

I first had liposuction a few years ago wanting to get rid of my love handles and have a smaller waist line. No matter how much I dieted I couldn't get rid of the spare tire around my waist. It turned out so much better than I ever imagined. After recovering I started to consider the surgery I had been thinking about doing since I was 18 but terrified because of the scarring I know it comes with. I have not had kids so having those type of scars is not easily accepted by most people in my age group. I had a new trust in Joseph T Cruise, MD and after seeing his coordinator, Cristin's, scars I went ahead and scheduled my consultation and then surgery. Again, I'm impressed to say the least with the miracles he worked on me. I am 1 year out from surgery and I cant even see my scars. I began going to consultations without bias to any plastic surgeon. I needed a breast lift/aug and walked out of my first consultation with a different doctor in tears because of how uncomfortable I felt with their reaction to how young I was yet how I, in fact, needed a breast lift. I almost talked myself out of my desire to go through with the idea of surgery, but had already planned a consultation with Joseph T Cruise, MD so I decided to go.
I was met by Cristin who, from the second I met her, made me feel so comfortable. She helps you throughout the entire pre-operative experience. She would text me, call to check in on me, and genuinely shared my excitement for my upcoming surgery date. She was encouraging and calmed my nerves about everything. Also different from other pre-ops I attended, Joseph T Cruise, MD spend almost an entire hour with me discussing the procedure during my pre-op and his reasoning for considering a breast lift/aug the only way to go. He marked me up with a sharpie and explained everything as he drew. His drawing precision, even a rough free-hand, was incredible and he showed me exactly what he wanted to do.
The day of my consultation I booked my surgery for less than 4 weeks later and now I am 2 weeks post-op and couldn't be happier. I have very broad shoulders and didn't want the separated circle look on my chest from my breast aug. so my nurse, Jessica, from Joseph T Cruise, MD's office showed me this bra-fitting technique to pull the implants closer together to "cast" the perfect cleavage. I am only a few weeks out and I am already so happy. It really is incredible how it is possible to shape your cleavage after surgery with the help of the team at Joseph T Cruise, MD's office. Jessica told me surgery is 80%, but I have about 20% power to shape the way my breasts look!!! I told her exactly what I wanted and I was fitted for this convertible-keyhole bra. I am already noticing a huge difference.

It was December 2014 that I decided to have a face lift being concerned about my acne scars and wanting to have a fresh and younger look. They can re-direct the body's imperfect shape as gently and compassionately, as the best of them, if not better than the others. As one of the best in his field, the good doctor can relieve this burden from your life, breathing in new life, where anxiety and distress, filled one's self. I suffered for 50 years, being ridiculed, embarrassed to take my shirt off, and wear tight fitting shirts, because of my chest's appearance. Finally, after years of avoiding any event that could expose my self consciousness over the appearance of my chest, I saw an advertisement on television that showed me a surgeon with empathy . On the television was a man who inquired whether I might have this challenge in my life, describing me and the personal struggle it often creates to a tee. Then with empathy for this problem he described that he could help. He continued that he had, had, some great success in this field of gynecomastia. I could see he was familiar with the trauma this condition creates in one's entire person and life . I had wanted to come out of the shell I was in over this issue, and though he warned it would take a certain amount of professionalism along with experienced workmanship, he and his staff have done many, and had a good track record of results. I made a consultation by internet after looking at a well done internet site with a lot of good information. At the office I was greeted and felt staff was happy I came in. I was introduced to Cristin who had called me and invited me in for a consultation. She immediately set me at ease with the idea that the good doctor was the best, and it would be hard to find a better man for the job. I met the doctor and he examined me showing what he thought might be needed and once done explaining it all to me as if I were the most important client he had he departed. He had immediately demonstrated empathy and a confidence that he could help me gain the appearance I had tried to gain through diets, drugs, herbs, etc. to no avail. I received a quote and it was what I expected to pay to get this kind of help, and even if it was reasonable, it was a lot, so I had to think on it.. What I didn't know was how complex the procedure would actually be in my head while I decided so I went home to deliberate and studied their internet site. I still had insecurities in that I would be the exception and not a good candidate, so I made an appointment to be seen a second time and question the good doctor, on what should my expectations be. He saw me again and looked me in the eye, and said, if we did these procedures, he could give me a flat chest. I set a date to have the procedure done. Cristin coordinated everything, and everything was spelled out. The surgery center they use is "A" number one, and top notch as well. The attention and focus I received from all of them, was exemplary, gentle, loving, caring, and worth every penny. In fact, after when I wasn't coming in for check ups as frequently, I was having separation anxiety, as they had now become like family. It was the best experience I have ever had, medically or otherwise, and if I were any of you, if the good doctor says he can help, believe me he can. I love them all now, and the results well, they were everything he said and more. Not only did he flatten my chest, but he shaped me like an artist shapes a sculpture, and is definitely a dedicated man, in his art, craft, and practice. And the staff-well what can I say? They are all just as professional and loving as the doctor. Beautiful people inside each as cut from the same cloth as he is. Each is caring and there for you to the point of checking up on you at all stages to see if you need anything, have any concerns, need any questions answered. I could go on, and on, and on. I shall never forget the good doctor, his staff, or what he/they, did for me, in my life ever, ever again. Besides, I see the results everyday in the mirror and have to resist the temptation to call them and say thank you over and over. I simply love each and every one of them. I really do. Don't hesitate, think it out, review his information and compare, but if you want my advice, then I say, take him up on his offer to help. He is a can do man, and would not tell you so, if what you were asking for, was not possible. I recently had breast augmentation and rhinoplasty surgery back in June 2014 and just had my final follow up appointment with Joseph T Cruise, MD. I have so many good things to say, it is hard to list them all, but I will start from the beginning.

I had been self conscious about my nose for quite some time. I had a bump on my nose that I did not like. Most of my features are dainty, and I did not feel like the bump on my nose fit right with my face. Having small breasts never bothered me (I was originally an A cup) but when I decided to have surgery done on my nose, I decided I wanted to have breast augmentation done as an added plus.

When I finally had the money, I decided it was time to start making consultation appointments. I had talked to three other doctors before coming to see Joseph T Cruise, MD. I was immediately impressed from the time I called to set up my initial appointment. Joseph T Cruise, MDs' staff is as good as it gets. The girls are all so sweet, very knowledgeable, and will make you feel right at home.

Not even five minutes into my consultation, I knew Joseph T Cruise, MD would be the right fit. I was very impressed with their consultation services. They have you describe what you would like on a computer program before you come in. The program has illustrations in order to help you describe what you want done. It was almost like choosing from a menu. Some of the questions for the breast augmentation included:
- Do you want the size difference to be slight, moderate, dramatic, or very dramatic?
- Do you want no gap, a small gap, medium gap, or a natural gap?
- Do you want the breasts to have a more full look, or have a more natural (droop) look?
Etc....
I thought to myself that if he could really pull this off and customize the surgeries exactly as I wanted I was going to be very impressed.

During the consultation, and as we went through my responses, Joseph T Cruise, MD and his assistant Kristin really listened to what I had to say. I could tell it was their goal to make sure I would have the results I wanted to achieve. One thing that I really stressed and was really important to me, was that I still wanted to look like myself. I wanted the bump on my nose to be removed, but I wanted my nose to still look natural. As for the breasts, I wanted to be somewhere between a C and D after the surgery. I did not want to have humongous fake looking boobs. We decided to go with 350CC silicone implants, to have a more natural look.

Let me say that after the surgery I could not have been more pleased with the results. (And yes, he really did customize every detail as he said he would) Joseph T Cruise, MD really is an artist. My nose came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to. I was very impressed. It makes a dramatic difference to me, yet I still feel like I am the same person. I can say the same thing for the breast augmentation. I think the sizing we went with was perfect. Again, it makes a difference but they are not shocking, they look natural.

As for the healing process, I was shocked at how quickly I was able to recover. Yes, the boobs definitely hurt for the first week and felt heavy, but this feeling soon went away. (As of today I forget they are there). As for my nose I felt little to no pain at all. I was impressed at how little bruising I had. Within about a week and a half the bruises were nearly gone.

I really cannot thank Joseph T Cruise, MD enough. The surgery went great and I could not be happier with the results. Believe it not, after I had my final follow up it was bitter sweet. The staff is so nice there it was hard to say goodbye!

Another thing I would like to mention... Some people may find him to be on the pricey side, but let me tell you it is worth every penny. When it comes to something like plastic surgery you do not want to go with the cheapest option. It is true that you get what you pay for... So when all is said and done, I think his prices are very reasonable, because he does absolutely fantastic work!

Dr. Joseph Cruise, MD and the staff of Cruise Plastic Surgery make medical decisions easy to understand and followed through 100% on my post-operative care as a patient on two major surgeries:

August 2013 - Grade VI Gynecomastia
November 2014 - Abdominoplasty ("Tummy Tuck") with Liposuction and "Brazilian Butt Lift"

Each surgery, like you, is a unique set of facts and circumstances. At times, mine were likely much, much more than you can imagine - yet - the whole surgery process had upbeat, positive and realistic explanations about the outcomes.

Six years of weight loss did not happen overnight (450 lbs down to 205 lbs) and the cosmetic surgery decision and recovery did not either!

My first visit to the office in July 2013 with Patient Care Coordinator, Tiffani and meeting with Joseph T Cruise, MD gave me a new perspective on medical care. The consultation gave me a brief overview of what was achievable in surgery. We discussed the risks and realistic expectations for me and my poor skin elasticity.

As a gynecomastia patient, I was well aware from online research and pictures that the Grade VI (below rib cage sagging) would go away, but I had no idea until a later one-on-one pre-operative consultation what it might look like in terms of scarring or healing. Free nipple graft was a bit of a concern, but Cruise Plastic Surgery's experience with previous patients and drawings of nipple placement were an immediate comfort that is not achievable from online photo galleries or "free consultation" visits. Joseph T Cruise, MD explained the technique and a vertical pleat that falls flat under the armpit.

Joseph T Cruise, MD and his entire staff treated me like a person not an appointment.

Again, as a male gynecomastia patient, Joseph T Cruise, MD and his female staff showed me every professional kindness and consideration during the gynecomastia process. It goes way beyond taking a shirt off. It involves touching and swelling and a stitch abscess that developed. Eye contact, addressing me by name, genuine care for medical well-being, asking questions about my mental preparation for surgery, physical preparation for recovery and the 3-4 month healing process to come.

It does get better with time! 2-3 months after post-op is not the same as 12-18 months! Do not make haste! Joseph T Cruise, MD and his staff all reiterated to me that there is a time component to healing and the cosmetic surgery process.

Results look much better 12-18 months post-op!

I give my highest and strongest recommendation to contact Joseph T Cruise, MD for a consultation today.

Do read the great informational materials given at the office and on the Cruise Plastic Surgery patient care website. The materials talk about what to expect emotionally after surgery (which is absolutely true!). I felt better that emotional changes was a normal reaction after surgery. My road to recovery was coming to an end. No more surgical drains, office visits for tape changes, just time to be myself again healed from Grade VI Gynecomastia.

My opinion is that no other plastic surgeon's office in the Los Angeles or Orange County area would have prepared me or seen me through all the way to post-operative recovery like the staff of Cruise Plastic Surgery.

As a result of the above and continued weight loss, I spent Summer 2014 at the gym and focusing on lowering body fat percentage. Joseph T Cruise, MD's advice still was in my ears: "You did the hard part, let's tackle the easy part."

I decided to phone the office, Tevania, to make an appointment with Joseph T Cruise, MD and Tiffani to discuss Abdominoplasty. ("excess fat and skin on the abdomen")

As a return patient, Tiffani had pulled up my pre-operative photos from July 2013. Joseph T Cruise, MD showed me and drew an idea of surgical lines of the arm lift on my Upper Arms. He explained the length of surgery time and what was possible to accomplish while under time constraints of general anesthesia.

Currently, I am one month post-op and have made several visits with Jennifer and Jessica, who are effusive and extremely competent nursing staff. Due to my own eagerness, overdid it a bit on post-op exercise and walking, which made abdominal drain issues. Jennifer and Jessica each saw me on separate occasions and strongly showed concern for my healing and progress to the best possible result.

Today I am feeling terrific and cannot imagine not having the abdominoplasty, which in its own way, was all because of those kind words from Joseph T Cruise, MD in his one-on-one consultation (it does cost $$ -- and - worth the time and effort), which was from a prior surgery of gynecomastia.

I was truly blown away by the level of care I received with Joseph T Cruise, MD and every single lady on his staff. I had breast implants put in 15 years ago by another doctor and after nursing and just plain old gravity they were really falling below the acceptable zone! I decided to go with Joseph T Cruise, MD because of his positive reviews online and then after I met him I knew I had made the right choice. A few things really stand out. He seems to have put a lot of thought into the way his office runs and from my perspective the whole process felt like a well oiled machine. Probably the best part about Joseph T Cruise, MD is that he is a very skilled surgeon. I love how the ladies that work for him really believe in the "product". They would gush and rant and rave about his work and then after my procedure I realized why. It's really really well done! My beasts look a lot better than I really thought they were going to be capable of. It's hard to say they are work of art without sounding a little silly... but that's what they are! They look so pretty and perky and they are perfectly balanced and just right for my body. I really could not be happier with them. I think surgically and also personality wise, Joseph T Cruise, MD has an edge over other surgeons. I would recommend him to a close friend and I would go back to him. It also meant a lot to me that when I had a minor rash due to a tape allergy, I called him after hours and he answered his phone on the first ring! Also, I was a little nervous on surgery day and Erica in the operating room was just about as pleasant as possible. She immediately put my mind at ease and also spoke very highly of Joseph T Cruise, MD's work. You can tell when people are speaking from the heart and she really put my mind at ease. It seems like Joseph T Cruise, MD has put a lot of thought into carefully vetting every member of his team and it really shows.

After raising 4 kids, I needed a make over. My girl friend had had work done and looked great but she was very private about it and I didn't ask what Dr she had used. After researching I picked Dr Cruise and went for a Consultation. I loved him and his staff from the first time. When I later told my girlfriend that I was having some work done and where, we were so surprised we had chosen the same Dr, without even talking. I felt total peace going in for surgery. And the result is amazing, now I look the way I feel. I went to Joseph T Cruise, MD in May for a breast lift with implants. After previously having a breast reduction, I'd lost over 70 lbs, and was left with a ton of loose skin on my chest and poor body image as a result. My breasts were also pretty asymmetrical due to the work that the previous surgeon had done. I was really nervous at first, but at my first consultation Joseph T Cruise, MD made it clear that he is dedicated to doing good work, and immediately I knew that he was the surgeon I wanted to go with.

My results turned out great, and my life has completely changed as a result. I can now wear swimsuit tops and low-cut shirts without feeling insecure and uncomfortable. I feel more comfortable in my skin than I ever have in my life.

My breasts still aren't perfect, but they are 200x better than they were before, and because of what I started with, perfection simply wasn't a realistic option for me. I'm very happy with my results, and I am so glad that I went through with the procedure.

The nurses are also great, and very patient. I'm naturally a high-anxiety person, but Jennifer and Jessica were really understanding and kept trying to assure me that I'd be fine, and they were right! The nurses at the surgery center were also awesome; they made me feel comfortable and safe both before and after the surgery.

I'm a male, age 39 who saw Joseph T Cruise, MD and his staff earlier this year for gynomastia.
I was really embarassed to even see anyone because...well just because.
At first it was a little intimidating because his office is fillled with gorgeous women and I was going in there to take my shirt off to be evaluated. It is not easy to take your shirt off and bare your imperfections to a drop dead gorgeous nurse. Then they start speaking and asking you questions and you realize that they've seen it and done it all, and you're just another person in a long line of patients who they are there to help.
After an initial evaluation with the woman who would act as my nurse, Joseph T Cruise, MD came in and took a look. I have to say, he and I were on the same page from the start. (I had met with another doctor who wanted to do some other procedures to bring the cost up to $10k, with no assurance that any of it would work). Joseph T Cruise, MD suggested a process that would bring my chest into better alignment and symmetry without having include other more serious procedures. I agreed with his prognoses and we scheduled surgery.
Surgery day, again intimidated and a little nervous, felt relaxed and assured after nurse Jenn came in to assure me that they would take the absolute best care possible.
Long story short, it's been 6 months now. I've seen Joseph T Cruise, MD and his staff several times, and have never felt like I was just another check to them. They've always taken the time to explain their answers to my questions fully, addressed any concerns immediately, and I've never felt rushed. Whether it's true or not, I do feel like Joseph T Cruise, MD takes great pride in his work and has great compassion for what it is to be a male with gyno.
If you're considering this type of procedure, it's always a good idea to meet with a couple Dr.'s, my personal advice is just make sure Joseph T Cruise, MD is one of them. Everything about his office, from the appearance, to the staff, to his bedside manner speaks to their professionalism and passion for helping people.

I wish that I found Joseph T Cruise, MD several years ago when I had my first rhinoplasty. He is hands down one of the best surgeons in the U.S. I had a severe deviated septum and a crooked nose and Joseph T Cruise, MD helped me achieve the "perfect nose." My nose is straight and aligned and I can breathe!!!
His front staff and nurses are so amazing. Tiffani is very nice, Jessica is so sweet and kind. Jessica has taken so much of her time to help me through this process. While working in the front yard, a steel dolly flipped forward and hit me on the face. I ended up sprawled out on the grass with a one-and-a-quarter-inch gash on my forehead. Since I am six months post-op, I thought it would be a good time to review Joseph T Cruise, MD and his staff. My neck had been bothering me for years and when I began to Google "neck lifts" I found Joseph T Cruise, MD. I know it is suggested to interview three doctors and all of that but after I met Joseph T Cruise, MD I really did not feel the need to continue my search. The good feeling started even before I came in when I booked a consultation with Cristin on the phone. When I went in, Joseph T Cruise, MD did not try to talk me into anything but rather provided an education on lifts and face and neck work. I truly got the feeling Joseph T Cruise, MD was focused on the best result for me and not just having a new patient. I ultimately booked a neck lift, mini face lift, temple lift, fat transfer, and lower bleph for almost a year out. Cristin was fantastic with helping me prepare for my procedures and offered to do as many consultations I wanted with Joseph T Cruise, MD to ease any anxiety I had (since I had so much time to wait). The procedures went smoothly and I stayed home from work for about 13 days (if I were to do it again I would give myself a bit more time). During these days (and for MANY days after that) I would have various bursts of panic when I wasn't sure about this swelling or that bruise as I did not know what to expect in spite of all the information that Cristin and Joseph T Cruise, MD gave me prior. Every time I had a concern I would e-mail or call Cristin and she would quickly respond with somehow the perfect thing to say to get me back on track. During the follow-up appointments Cristin, Joseph T Cruise, MD, Jennifer, and Jessica were all very encouraging and calming. They always assured me all was normal and I was on track even though my face did not always agree. So now that I have just turned 50 and the surgeries are behind me, I am SO glad I did it and feel the timing in my life was perfect. Everything fell into place and when I see pictures my face, neck, and eyes look much more youthful although very natural. My own mother did not even know I had "work done." I had a breast reduction performed by Dr. Joseph Cruise about a year ago. My entire experience from beginning to end was positive. I had consulted with 2 other doctors before I finally selected Joseph T Cruise, MD to do procedure. The first 2 doctors that I consulted with left me disappointed and discouraged. They did not make me feel welcomed or that I was in good hands. As soon as I went to Joseph T Cruise, MDs office, I was welcomed by several people including Cristin (my patient care coordinator) who did everything to make me feel comfortable. Everyone answered all my questions and concerns with great proffessionalism. I was never nervous about the procedure. Joseph T Cruise, MD assured me that he could accomplish what I was looking for. And he did. I was reduced from about a G cup to a D cup. I'm incredibly pleased with the results and have never regretted getting the procedure done.

In the recovery time following the precedure, the office kept in contact with me and continued to monitor my recovery. I did have an allergic reaction to the prescribed antibiotics, (my body likes very few antibiotics). Joseph T Cruise, MD made himself available to speak with me right away about switching to a medicine that my body would accept.

I suffered with gynecomastia for 33 years. The emotional distress, feelings of embarrassment and loss of confidence is something that has helped partly shape who I am today. This almost-indelible emotional stain I can say will eventually fade away thanks to Joseph T Cruise, MD's work. I had my gynecomastia surgery on 5/8/14 and can say that 3.5 weeks post-op that I made a wise decision.

First of all, Joseph T Cruise, MD's reviews on Yelp and other sites in regards to his gynecomastia surgery expertise appear unrivaled in so Cal. Gyno surgery is something that Joseph T Cruise, MD has a keen interest in, and it shows in the number of men he treats with this condition.

I elected to have the surgery done via local anesthesia, which is an idiosyncracy of mine. I didn't want to be 100% out, and many plastic surgeons are only comfortable performing gyno surgery using general anesthesia.

The consultation went well with Joseph T Cruise, MD and Cristin (his patient care coordinator) and I knew right away that I wanted to proceed with the procedure. The day of the procedure, I took a few Xanax while in the pre-op room and watched the first episode of "How I Met Your Mother" to relax.

Jessica his affable and helpful nurse led me to the procedure room and I watched another HIMYM episode on an IPad while Joseph T Cruise, MD went to work. The procedure itself went off without any real issues. I suffered from true and pseudo gynecomastia, which means I had excess breast tissue and fat deposits in the chest region. I did experience fleeting moments of being uncomfortable as he excised the excess breast tissue but little to no pain with the liposuctioning of the fat.

Joseph T Cruise, MD and Jess took about 30 minutes (maybe less I was a bit groggy) to complete the procedure and wrap me in a bandage and compression vest. The first few days with surgical drains were a bit cumbersome but definitely manageable.

3.5 weeks later and my swelling and bruising have subsided quite a bit although I have a ways to go to be 100%. I honestly think Joseph T Cruise, MD did a phenomenal job. He is patient, caring and most importantly he is the gold standard at treating gynecomastia. To the other men out there who suffer from this affliction- don't be like me and wait decades to get this done! There is a top-flight surgeon named Joseph Cruise who can take care of this!

One more final (and equally important) shout-out to Jennifer. While I'm not sure of her exact title at Cruise Plastic Surgery, she does seem to be a jack-of-all-trades in the office. I saw her for my initial consultation and several subsequent post-op visits. She is extremely knowledgable, helpful and caring to all doctor's patients. Part of my job description at work is to read and diagnose an individual's personality and authenticity. My experience trying to observe people leads me to strongly believe that Jen is very authentic with good listening and follow-up skills. Joseph T Cruise, MD alone is a maestro at what he does. His staff pushes his overall practice to the top one in Orange County and perhaps beyond!

I had a rhinoplasty before with a previous surgeon and was very unhappy with my results. My nose barely looked any different. I was recommended to Dr Cruise by a friend who got her nose done and I was so impressed....and jealous! He gave her a cute little nose that matched her face perfectly! To be honest, I am surprised to see some negative reviews since I've received nothing but the best in customer service, medical attention and most importantly, results from Joseph T Cruise, MD's office. I can only assume that it's because those people had no clue what to expect.

I had a pretty major surgery - gynecomastia: full nipple graft - and from the beginning, I've trusted Joseph T Cruise, MD's opinion and have welcomed the service from his staff. For those looking for an idea of what you'll get - there is a patient liaison who will guide you through the consultation process. She'll handle everything from booking the consult, to discussing financials, to booking the surgery.

Joseph T Cruise, MD is the man himself. He'll discuss your surgery options and will have a great conversation with you if you have the questions to ask (come prepared to ask him direct and specific questions if you have doubts).

Finally, his nurses are where it's at - they'll be the ones you interact with the most, as most post-ops consist of changing bandages and checking your progress. I've found all of them to be knowledgable and friendly. Some people here will complain that certain members of the staff talk openly about their own procedures. I personally don't view this as unprofessional or as a turn-off. I've welcomed the insight from someone who's been there and appreciate their openness during the healing process. It's as much of a psychological healing process as it is a physical one, and it's very comforting to have first-hand support from someone who's been there.

As far as the surgery goes, I've been over the moon in excitement for my procedure. I love my results so far at 4 weeks post-op and I look forward to the progress to come. My scars so far are absolutely minuscule, and I've not experienced much discomfort. The discomfort so far has not be close to any of the levels that I was told I could expect to have.

It's been five weeks since I had my gynecomastia surgery done here and I have to say I'm in total awe of the advancements in plastic surgery and how Dr.Cruise made it all look so simple. I had been to a couple of surgeons for consultation before I met Dr.Cruise, but the confidence with which he assured me the results, I could find it nowhere else. And true to his words, the results have been amazing right from day1.

Just like many others, I started searching for the best surgeons in the country in this area and almost every search led me to Dr.Cruise. Their website itself should serve as a first clue that they are among the best in this field. Seriously, it's so informative and even interactive which actually is one of the reasons I made my first call. Finally,
the staff, extremely professional and very much informed. They definitely add a lot to the entire process.
