Cruise Plastic Surgery has always been committed to patient safety and care, however, in light of the recent developments surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to provide you with an update.
Cruise Plastic Surgery is temporarily closed due to the mandate by the Governor of California. We are only taking in-person appointments for urgent post-operative issues. Zoom video conferencing or phone call appointments are available for consultations, pre-operative appointments, and non-urgent post-operative appointments.
We are a very small intimate office and low-risk environment. We have always had protocols in place for preventing the spread of communicable diseases and follow the strict guidelines of the Board of Health. Having said that, we are taking extra measures to ensure the safety and health of our patients and staff by ensuring all common areas and patient rooms are sanitized between each patient visit. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the office and masks are available at the front desk. We do not double book appointments and your wait time to be taken to a private room will be no more than a couple of minutes.
Staff members are required to stay home if they are experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms. And, we kindly ask you to reschedule your in-person appointments if you are experiencing such symptoms or if you have traveled to an area in the last 14 days where Coronavirus is prevalent.
Please use good common sense out there! Together we will get through this.
Sincerely - Dr. Cruise and Team
