Here are before and after photos of a 45 yr. old female who underwent a Face Lift, with Neck Midline Plication. After years of contemplating this procedure, this patient continued to notice her symptoms increasing, and decided to move forward with surgery. Her goals were to rejuvenate her face and neck, without looking overdone. She wanted a younger-looking appearance while removing her excess skin under the chin.
